Stephen M. Johnson, M.D. | Board Certified Opthamologist
Corneal Surgeon (Retired)
Stephen M. Johnson, M.D. dedicated his 40+ year career to corneal surgery and the restoration of vision. He retired from clinical practice December 2021.
After graduating from the Indiana University School of Medicine, Dr. Johnson served his internship and was in Ophthalmology residency at the Indiana University Medical Center. He was board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology in 1981. Dr. Johnson was a fellow in Corneal Surgery and Diseases at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Since 1983, he has been in private practice at Midwest Eye Institute.
Jennifer M. Nottage, M.D. | Board Certified Opthamologist
Dr. Jennifer Nottage has more than 10 years of experience as a full-service cornea/external disease/LASIK subspecialist.
Dr. Nottage completed a combined 6-year BA/MD program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, School of Medicine. She completed her ophthalmology residency training at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where she served as co-chief resident, and then continued her training at the prestigious Wills Eye Institute in Philadelphia completing a fellowship in cornea/external disease and refractive surgery.
